Windsor Rugby Club

We welcome all boys and girls who are in Year 9 at school to come and try out our training sessions on Sunday mornings from September to the end April.

Training
Our training sessions comprise warm-ups, fitness activities, ball handling, other skills and match practice. These are aimed at developing the foundation of rugby skills and increasing confidence to get involved. We work hard to build a positive, supportive environment for the players.
