Life Member:
The Club are delighted to announce that outgoing Secretary Graham Birch was elected as a Life Member. This award was richly deserved to mark his retirement after 13 years of Secretary of Windsor RFC and for all his hard work in the Youth section when his sons Patrick and Oliver were playing in the Minis and Juniors.
Vice Presidents;
The club are delighted to announce that the following people were elected as Vice Presidents of Windsor RFC at the Club’s recent AGM
• Sharon Page
Sharon Page has been an active member of the club for over 30 years. Sharon has worked the bar voluntarily, helped with the International Ticket Draw as well as organizing a Minis Tour. This season Sharon has been the Assistant Secretary and will be becoming a Director and Honorary Secretary for the coming season. Sharon nomination is richly deserved and a recognition of many years of support and service to Windsor RFC
• Jason Stone
Jason Stone has been a long standing member for over 10 years. Jason started in the Under 6s and managed and supported the age group for over 10 years and has contributed immensely to the development and success of the age group. Last season Jason managed 2 successful Colts sides that were unlucky not to win the OOB Division 1 League Title for the first time in many seasons.
• James s Brayshaw
James has been member of the Board and General Management Committee for a number of years.
He still plays occasionally for the 3rd XV and is now coaching in the U9s as lead coach.
Over the years he has led the fund raising effort for the Redevelopment Project and this season he was the lead /club contact for the RFU Women and Girls Review and chaired the Women and Girls Committee.
