Following the hot, dry summer Windsor RFC need your support to ensure rugby can take place at Home Park for the whole of this season.
Currently the club’s training area and more importantly and the 2 main pitches, ( Pitch 1 and Pitch 2) , are unplayable with the surface being uneven and large bare patches.

Parts of the Minis and Junior pitches are also in need of repair otherwise they will not last the season.

Over the last couple of weeks these areas have been re-seeded and will be unplayable until the beginning of October at the earliest. Additional works will also need to be undertaken on some of the Minis and Junior pitches where there are bare patches.

In addition Windsor RFC plan to re-install, subject to Council approval, a full sized pitch to ensure that there are sufficient pitches to accommodate the growing number of Junior Boys, Girls and Senior Women matches on a Sunday morning and afternoon. This again will incur additional costs for Windsor RFC as new pitch post footings will need to be installed and new rugby posts purchased.

Windsor RFC have been unable to get any financial support from any of the stakeholders in Home Park so the Club has no alternative but to raise revenue to invest in the playing facilities to ensure that 3 Men’s side, Senior Women’s side and 500 boys and girls aged from 5 -18 years of age are able to train and play rugby this season at Home Park.
