PART I:

We’re thrilled to welcome Ross Curley as the new Head Coach of the Windsor Dames!

Ross brings over 20 years of coaching experience, a calm but driven approach and a real passion for developing players at all levels. From coaching at London Scottish to leading the U15s at Windsor, he’s no stranger to building talent and fostering team culture.

With a background in Sports Science, a teaching career and experience as a PT, Ross has all the tools to lead our women’s team with structure, support and skill.

We’re buzzing to have him on board and can’t wait to kick off the season with him leading the charge.

PART II:

Leading from the front and wearing the badge with pride - we’re thrilled to introduce our Captain and Vice Captain for the 2025/26 season.

Captain – Flossie Plain
Vice Captain – Liv Brooke

Both bring heart, drive and a serious passion for the game - and we’re buzzing to see how they’ll lead us this season, both on and off the pitch.
