Windsor RFC is launching an exciting phase of growth, focused on strengthening and expanding the club’s commercial activities. A recent review by the Board, highlighted that this work is essential to ensure we can continue investing in rugby both on and off the field.
Like many community sports clubs, Windsor RFC is experiencing rising operational costs.

To meet the demands of the modern game and to continue developing as a thriving community club, we must increase and diversify our revenue streams.

Windsor RFC currently fields three senior men’s sides, a senior women’s side and a youth section of nearly 500 boys and girls. To support this scale of activity and secure the club’s long term sustainability, we are establishing a new Commercial Team and are now recruiting for the following volunteer roles:

• Sponsorship & Marketing Manager
• Grants & Fundraising Manager
• Webmaster
• Social Media Manager

These roles will initially report to Chair, Mike Crawshaw, who is leading the creation of this new function. Once established, the Commercial Team will transition to report into a newly appointed Head of Sales & Marketing.
