AGM Deadlines
For the purposes of nominations, the submission of items for Any Other Business, and the appointment of proxies, members should note that the relevant deadline is Friday 21st August 2026, being seven days prior to the AGM.

Nominations for Election
Members wishing to stand for election to any of the positions listed above or as a Director must be nominated and seconded by eligible voting members of the Club by the deadline stated above.

Candidates standing for election as a Director must have been a voting member of the Club for a minimum of two years prior to election.

Eligible voting members are:

• Life Members, Senior Members, Social Members, Vice Presidents

All nominations should be submitted to the Chair, Mike Crawshaw at chair@windsorrugbyclub.com by Friday 21st August 2026.

Statutory Accounts
Any voting member wishing to review the Company’s statutory accounts for the year ended 30 April 2026 prior to the AGM should contact Tom Codd at treasurer@windsorrugbyclub.com

AGM Minutes
The minutes of the AGM held on 15 August 2025 will be made available at the meeting.

Any Other Business
Members wishing to raise a matter under Item 11, Any Other Business, should notify Chair, Mike Crawshaw at chair@windsorrugbyclub.com by the deadline stated above.

Voting and Proxies
Only fully paid-up voting members (see above ref eligible voting members) are entitled to vote at the AGM.

A member entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy (who need not be a member of the Club) to attend and vote on their behalf at the AGM or any adjournment thereof.

Details of any proxy appointment must be submitted in writing to the Chair, Mike Crawshaw at chair@windsorrugbyclub.com by 7:30pm on Friday 21st August 2026.
