Volunteer Role: Head of Girls Rugby

Volunteer Role: Head of Girls Rugby

We’re excited to be recruiting an enthusiastic and energetic individual to take on the volunteer role of Head of Girls Rugby at Windsor RFC.

Windsor RFC is a lively and exciting community rugby club where every weekend is full of fun, laughter and great rugby. We are proud of our welcoming and inclusive environment and are committed to growing the girls’ game within our club.

Girls’ rugby is developing rapidly at Windsor RFC, with U12, U14 and U16 girls’ teams currently competing in local leagues. Our ambition is to build on this success and continue developing a strong girls’ section, with the long-term goal of running teams at U10s, U12s, U14s, U16s and U18s. This pathway will also support the future growth of our Senior Women’s team.

The Head of Girls Rugby will play a key role in shaping the future of girls’ rugby at Windsor RFC. The role will sit within our already established youth section, with a clear focus on growing participation, developing players and supporting coaches and volunteers within the girls’ section.

With the upcoming Women’s Six Nations 2026 and following on from the Red Roses success at the 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup, this is an exciting and timely opportunity to help drive plans that maximise participation and growth in girls’ rugby.

This role is central to our vision and will help ensure dedicated focus on developing the girls’ game.

If you are interested in the role of Head of Girls Rugby, please email Anisha Oram at flamborough27@hotmail.co.uk by Sunday 29th March 2026, outlining why you would like to be considered and any relevant experience you may have.
