Apologies that there has not been a weekly bulletin for the last 3 weeks. The absence has been down to holidays and IT issues.

So what has been missed?

Some of the rugby highlights below:

Men’s 1st XV lost by 50 points to 17 to well disciplined and strong Belsize Park who are second in the Regional Thames 2 table behind Brunel Uni.

Men’s 1st XV lost by 31 points to 19 to a physical Marlow side just missing out on losing bonus points which they richly deserved.

Windsor Dames produced a very committed performance against a physical Ruislip RFC Women and came from behind in the last 10 minutes to secure a 29 all Draw in their Women’s NC2 South East ( West) League Match.

Windsor Colts A and B Teams defeated Marlow and a Combined Oxford and Bicester side in their OBB Division One and Division 3 matches.

The Minis attended the Beaconsfield and Maidenhead Festivals.

Last Weekend’s Rugby Activity:

The highlight of last weekend was the Colts National Colts Cup match away at RAMs. The game could have gone either way to the final whistle as both sides were very evenly matched. Windsor had their chances and could easily have won. Unfortunately the home side sealed their victory with the final kick of the match.

FINAL SCORE: RAMs Colts 23, Windsor Colts 19.

No doubt Windsor will be looking to avenge this defeat later in the season when they play RAMs Colts in the OBB Division 1.

This weekend the Senior Men and Women return to league action after a week off.

Men’s Dev XV HOME vs Thatcham ( Counties 3 Tribute Ale BBO South) . KO 2.00pm.

Men’s 3rd XV AWAY vs Tadley 2nd XV ( Counties 4 Tribute Ale BBO South). KO 2.00pm.
