The draw will include Tickets for the following Twickenham matches:
• England v New Zealand - Saturday 2nd November 2024: KO 3.10pm
• England v Australia - Saturday 9th November 2024: KO 3.10pm
• England v South Africa – Saturday 16th November 2024: KO 5.40pm

(Tickets for the Eng v Japan match on Sunday 24th November can be purchased direct from RFU and not from the club).

To Take Part in Draw - Only fully paid-up club members and VP’s who have made a donation to the club will be entitled to take part in the draw.
Membership will be checked on the night. Please ensure that your membership has been paid in advance of the draw date. It will not possible to become a new member on the night of the draw or for existing members to renew on the night so please pay your membership in advance of attending the draw, preferably a week or so before the draw date.

Proxy - a fully paid-up member can hold a SINGLE proxy for another fully paid-up member. Proxies to be lodged with the Hon. Secretary, Graham Birch, windsor@boltonbirch.co.uk before the draw date to qualify and not presented at the draw as they will not be accepted. Tickets must be paid for in full plus a £5 administration fee per match on the night.
Please remember that Twickenham tickets are now all digital/smart, (no hard copy tickets), and are transferred to you directly by me to your mobile phone via the RFU Twickenham Stadium App. Without downloading this App and creating an account, tickets cannot be forwarded.

Its important that any recipient of tickets on the night record both their Mobile Number and Email Address with the registration team. Without this info I cannot communicate ticket information and ticket transfers.
