WINDSOR VICE PRESIDENT AND LIFE MEMBERSHIP DONATIONS 2026/2027:

The Club’s Board have had to increase the Annual Subscriptions and the minimum donation for Life Members and Vice Presidents to enter the Autumn and International Tickets Draw due to the increase in the club’s operating costs faced by hospitality businesses including sports clubs. The rises in cost in , waste disposal, cleaning and labour costs, the latter mainly being caused by the increase in the Minimum Wage and National Insurance have all made an impact on Windsor RFC.

The Club would hope that all Life Members and Vice Presidents will continue to support Windsor RFC and make a donation to help the Club raise much needed funds.

RECOMMENDED MINIMUM DONATIONS:

PLEASE CAN ALL LIFE PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT DONATIONS BE MADE VIA CAF AS THE CLUB WILL THEN BENEFIT FROM GIFT AID

MEMBERSHIP CARD, ACCESS TO INTERNATIONAL TICKETS , CAR PARKING AT HOME PARK PUBLIC, PLUS ‘ONE FREE’ PLACE TO A DESIGNATED VICE PRESIDENT’S PRE -LEAGUE LUNCH (DATE TO BE CONFIRMED)

• In line with the Club’s Annual Social Membership Subscription the minimum donation will be £100.00 which can be made as one donation or paid monthly via CAF (see link above).

MEMBERSHIP CARD AND CAR PARKING AT HOME PARK PUBLIC:

• In line with the Club’s Annual Basic Membership the minimum donation will be £50.00.

Please note

• Car Parking is now managed by The Crown Estates and there will be no car parking fees for Home Park User Sports Clubs for the benefit of playing/watching sport.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS UPDATE:

Senior and Youth Membership Cards will be retained for the 2026/2027 season and will be issued to all Members.

The club will shortly update the membership benefits offered by local businesses.

For example Cattle Grid have confirmed that they will give 10% discount on presentation of a Membership Card.

Senior Membership and Youth Membership Cards will give the following benefits in the clubhouse:

Senior Membership Cards (which Vice Presidents and Life Members will receive):

• 10% Discount on all Bar and Kitchen Purchases.
• Free Car Parking at Home Park Public on match days ( ie for sports use).
• Benefits offered to Windsor RFC members from local businesses.

Membership Cards will have a QR Code to enable members to gain access to Home Park Public Car Park when the Crown Estates install their new ANPR Car Parking system. This is likely to be some time in October. (SEE NOTE REF PARKING BELOW).

HOME PARK PUBLIC CAR PARKING ACCESS FOR HOME PARK PUBLIC SPORTS USERS:

The Crown Estates have advised the Rugby Club on where car parking charges will apply/not apply:

Please see below:

• Full members of resident sports clubs attending training, matches or club-related activities.
• Visiting teams attending fixtures.
• Employees, officials and volunteers acting on behalf of the sports club.
• Contractors undertaking work on behalf of the sports club (for example, clubhouse maintenance or repairs).

Additional Points to Note:

• Parking permits are only to be used when attending Home Park Public for sports club purposes. They must not be used for unrelated activities, such as commuting, travelling to London, shopping in Windsor, or any other non-club-related purpose.
• All other visitors, including spectators and members of the public who do not fall within the categories above, will be required to pay the applicable parking charges. (This includes guests coming to a private event or a training course at Windsor RFC).

The Crown Estates have been very transparent stating that the income generated from parking charges contributes towards the maintenance, management and ongoing improvement of Home Park Public, allowing The Crown Estate to continue investing in the facilities.

A further update will be issued in due course once the Crown Estates have confirmed when the ANPR system will be installed.

In the meantime the existing Home Park User Car Parking sticker will still be valid.
